Join me for a 2 hour Pottery Wheel Experience!

You won’t need any experience - all materials and tools are included.

What happens during the experience?

I will demonstrate how to thrown a cylinder on the wheel, carefully explaining everything you need to know to throw your pot.

I will then take you through creating your pots and support you step-by-step.

Where and how long?

Experiences take place in Crail last for 2 hours.

Who can take part?

Anyone can take part - you don’t need any experience.

Age 14 and upwards. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. No upper age limit.

Get in touch if you need to discuss whether you can take part. I am happy to adapt the session to suit your requirements.

What will I make?

Participants normally throw around 3 pots. You will select your favourite one which I will trim, glaze and post to you.

What should I wear?

Wear old clothes and remove jewellery if possible. I provide towels to protect your clothes. You will get messy!

I am on holiday - can I book at short notice?

I can often fit you in - email me to check availability. You can also book in advance if you know you are visiting.

How long do vouchers last?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months

Yes, I can email you a voucher at short notice. Order one online then contact me to tell me you’d prefer a digital voucher.

I have a voucher - how do I book?

Email me with some dates and times that suit you and I will let you know my availability.
